How to wear a camo pullover with leggings and boots for Fall into Winter.

I received this grey Ecowish camo pullover and these black Amazon Essentials leggings in my September Amazon Wardrobe box. What is Amazon Wardrobe? Check out my Red, White & Blue Amazon Finds post for all the details.
When I was previewing the items for this box, I dove into this pullover checking the sizing. It’s designed to be oversized, and I don’t like oversized tops, so I wanted to pay more attention to that.
I am a 42″ bust. The size Medium says nearly 41″, and the Large says nearly 44″. I ended up going with the size Medium, though after trying, I could have also done a size Small to get less of a boxy shape, and more of the fit I like.
It’s a really comfy top though, and I like the cute buttons. I found them not to lay flat as they do in the original photo, but instead, the flaps fall over. I actually like this V shape look more. I also was really drawn to the neutral camo print. Such a versatile pullover for Fall, Winter or Spring. I could only afford one item from this box, and I really wanted the leggings, so I added this pullover to my wishlist along with this black and white OUGES top from the same box. I really like it in the Army Green colorway too.
In the title of these leggings, it says “Sculpt”, and let me tell you, as soon as I put these on, I felt amazing. They’re high rise with a really wide band that while not with a ton of compression, are just really flattering and comfortable. My waist is 35″ and my hips are 44.5″, and I’m wearing a size Large.
I could only afford one thing from this box, and I went with these leggings. After my initial test (A. K. A. this photo), and first wash, I wore them out to work in my booth at America’s Antique Mall in Melbourne, Florida, and I am disappointed to say that they don’t have very good elasticity because I spent all day pulling them up. Nothing drives me crazier than when my pants fall just enough for my thighs to touch. :'(
I’ve paired this outfit with burgundy boots from Shoeland (my favorite boots! – these are similar ones). I want to get a pair in every color they have!
My earrings are adorable little penguins that I made with plastic canvas many years ago. I have a tutorial for them on my EyeLoveKnots blog if you are interested. I also found a really cute bead stitched pair on Etsy from RespiteCreations.
I’m rocking some black and white polka dot nails with this outfit. The black is a glittery black called Black Mamba from Spoiled by Wet n Wild, but I think Dreamy from Maniology or Soho-ver It from Color Street would be good alternatives.
Next, I used my dotting tool to make some white polka dots with Maniology’s Bam! White. You can use code ROCKWOOD10 at check out for 10% off

I am loving your boots and those nails!! Just got a pedicure and I was tempted to get my nails done too but I usually don’t like people messing with my hands..

The camo top is lovely and I really like your printed nails! It’s a shame that the leggings didn’t fit as nicely the second time around, they do look good on you!
Thanks for joining the #WeekdayWearLinkup! Hope that you had a wonderful weekend. We had a great one staying at Sea World on the Gold Coast 🙂

Thanks, Mica! I know. They felt so good. I’m still on the hunt for the perfect leggings, but I think I’m getting close.

Thank you, Jess! Painted my nails has always been something I’ve enjoyed. These days though, I really like just going to the salon, and having someone else do them for me.
