30 Cozy Reading Nooks for the Whole Family
According to National Today, today, February 14th, is Library Lovers Day, and International Book Giving Day! A great way to celebrate would be to create a cozy reading nook in your home, and fill it with all of your books, or shop for some new books to fill it with – I have some neat ones in my On Rockwood Lane shop, and adding new items all the time! As you go through your books, set some aside to donate to your local library.
On my EyeLoveKnots blog, I’ve shared 20 Free Crochet Patterns for Book Lovers that would be perfect to add to your reading nook, or gift.

I love the one with the HUGE oversized gray chair! Ahh! I wish I had a cozy reading nook or a spot for one. These all look so lovely!

I would kill to have prayer time in any of these reading nooks! I have a bench at my picture window that I’m partial to.

Oh these all look fabulous! My middle son used to create his own little areas… the one I remember the most was the year he carried a stack of book over to the Christmas tree and crawled underneath it along our wall (and over the heating vents!) to stretch out and read for the morning.

Wow, amazing compilations! One of the nook is similar to my kid’s reading corner, maybe I will share it sometime. Thanks for the inspirations, Alexandra! #HomeMattersParty

for a small child I like the wardrobe reading nook. but for me I want a closet reading nook!
Alexandra says
I feel the same way! The closet nook seems so cozy. Funny, when I was younger, my mom talked about putting my bed into my closet so I’d have more space in my room. We never actually did it, but I did keep pillows in there, and would hang out sometimes. I really did enjoy it.
